Delivery Information

UK Delivery is at our standard rate of £3.95 per order (for orders under £40.00).

UK (mainland) orders over £40.00 qualify for free delivery.

 

Special Next Day delivery is available starting from an additional £5.00 surcharge. If you require this service please contact us for further information - 01884 855419.

 

For overseas orders (within Europe) we set an estimated delivery charge of £6.95 per order. This is an estimate and should the delivery cost exceed this we may request an additional postage surcharge.

Please note, we will always contact you first to confirm that you are happy with any changes before processing your order.

Once you have successfully placed your order we will send you a confirmation email with your order reference, item/s ordered, cost breakdown (including VAT and P & P) and login link to track the progress of your order.

 

Please note that during busy postal periods - such as Christmas - goods can take longer to arrive.

If you are ordering more than one item, goods may be despatched separately, but only one charge for P & P will be made.

All orders over the value of £40.00 will be sent signed for delivery.

In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within ten days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
