Emma Bridgewater

Family life is central to Emma bridgewater's idiosyncratic abd thoroughly English designs. Many of Emma's designs are inspired by family and country life. She and her husband, Matthew have four children and their colourful, slightly chaotic kitchen is the heart of their home.

In her factory in Stoke on Trent skilled craftsmen work to translate Emma and Matthew's designs onto the beautiful pottery that decorates kitchens all over the world. Emma is extremely proud of the fact that she is one of the few manufacturers who still produce their designs in this country.
